MDPLAYER is a media player developed by MDGROUP. It plays the playlist the user provides. It does not include, host or distribute audiovisual content of any kind, and it has no relationship whatsoever with the providers of the playlists users choose to use.
Every TV gets a 15-day free trial from the first time it opens the app, with no payment method required. When the trial ends, playback stops until a licence is activated.
The licence is per device and is purchased on this website at the following prices, in US dollars:
These are one-off payments: we do not store the payment method, and there are no automatic charges or renewals unless the user asks for them. Purchased time is added to whatever remains of the trial or of a current licence.
What you are buying is the use of the application. Access to content is neither included nor dependent on MDGROUP.
The free trial exists precisely so the user can check whether the app works on their device before paying. Even so, if something fails on our side within 14 days of payment and we cannot resolve it, the full amount is refunded by writing to mdgroupdeveloper@gmail.com.
MDGROUP does not monitor, and cannot monitor, the content of users' playlists, and is not responsible for it.
We do our best to keep the service running, but it is offered as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The app keeps the last valid licence for several days, so an outage on our servers does not cut off service to someone who has already paid. We may suspend service to a device that makes abusive use of it or attempts to breach the security of the system, with no right to a refund in that case.
The application, its code, its design and its brand are the property of MDGROUP. Copying, modifying, redistributing or repackaging it without written authorisation is prohibited.
The application includes free software components, detailed in free software included.
This document is published in Spanish and in English. The Spanish version is the original; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version prevails.
